Our Shipping charges are as bellow:

Rs 100 added for every purchase below Rs 1499/-

FREE SHIPPING ON SHOPPING OF Rs.1500 or more

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 Hours to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages If you received your order damaged, please contact ChocoKick customer support to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

refund Policy

Returns
Our refund policy is 48 hours only from the date and time of delivery in case of receiving a different or damaged item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be intact. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories, free gifts id any and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not according to the policy.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at savicentetails@gmail.com and we will arrange for a pickup of the item from your address (pick up address would be same as your delivery address), in some cases the pickup service is not available and in this case buyer needs to self ship the product to our office address, we will refund the shipping charges, the refundable amount will be on actual basis but must not exceed Rs.100.
 

Shipping
Our products are shipped within 24 hours to 3 Days using the following carriers: Blue Dart / FedEx / India Post (for remote locations) . 

Self Return
if you choose to return the item yourself, select Self-Return. Include the required return documentation with your package. You can return the package using any courier/ postal service of your choice.
